Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Cersei platform (the “Service”), operated by Vaese AI(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.

1. The Service

Cersei is an AI-powered customer-support and receptionist platform for businesses. It answers a business’s customers across channels such as website chat, WhatsApp, and email; captures and organises leads; and, where enabled, offers appointment times and books appointments into the business’s connected calendar.

2. Accounts

The Service is intended for business use. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorised to act for the business whose account you use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Your customers and your responsibilities

You use Cersei to communicate with your own customers. You are responsible for: having the right to connect the accounts you connect (such as a WhatsApp number, Gmail mailbox, or Google Calendar); obtaining any consents required to message your customers, including for follow-up or marketing-style messages; honouring opt-outs; and complying with the communication, consumer, and data-protection laws that apply to your business and your customers’ locations.

4. AI-generated content and bookings

Parts of the Service are powered by artificial intelligence. AI responses are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise imperfect, and appointment slots reflect the calendar and availability rules you configure. You are responsible for reviewing how the Service is configured for your business (including your knowledge documents, availability rules, and follow-up settings) and for the communications and commitments made to your customers through your account. The Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, or medical advice.

5. Third-party services

The Service interoperates with third-party platforms you choose to connect — for example Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, Google (Gmail and Google Calendar), and voice providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and features that depend on them may be affected by changes or outages on their side. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or its users at risk.

7. Data and privacy

How we collect, use, store, and protect personal data — including Google user data and WhatsApp messages — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You keep ownership of your business’s data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, to process messages so the AI can reply).

8. Fees

[Describe your pricing, billing cycle, trial terms, and refund policy here once commercial terms are set.]

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your organisation at any time; deleting an organisation erases its data as described in the Privacy Policy, and disconnecting a connected account revokes our access to it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, where required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaese AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and — where the change is significant — by notifying account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

[Specify the governing law and venue for disputes here — e.g. the courts of your country of incorporation.]
